Introduction and Overview

The Langtang valley trekking is one of the best trek attraction at the region, which is aptly called the valley of glaciers, mountains raise soaring toward the sky. The main ethnic groups here are Tamang and Sherpa which is similar like Tibetan art, tradition and culture. During Langtang trek we follow the river valley up through an area rich in natural diversity and eventually widens out to reveal marvelous peaks, glaciers and surrounding pastureland, the cultural heritage of the region with Buddhist monasteries provides insight into the local lifestyle and we can sample yak cheese at the high mountain cheese factories.

The best time to do this great trek is Autumn (mid Sept to mid Dec) and Spring(March to May) are the best seasons for the Langtang Valley Trek. The weather is sunny and warm, with outstanding views but the nights are little cold. Winter (Dec, Jan, Feb) is also good for Langtang valley trek although it will be little colder.
